Georgia has some unique wrongful death laws.  Generally speaking, claimants have only two years to file a wrongful death lawsuit or otherwise the claim is forever barred.  The Georgia wrongful death statute is also unique in the variety of factors that it lists to allow claimants to make claims for the death of their loved ones.  If you or a loved one has a question about wrongful death cases, please contact an attorney with Moody Law today.
