Disney dies fault for the monorail accident that killed 21 year old Austin Wuennenberg, who was the pilot of the monorail.  A lawsuit was filed in January by Christine Wuennenberg.  Disney has, however, acknowledged some detail about the crash such as that before the crash, the monorail shop panel operator inccorectly reported a track switch had been realigned property and that the monorail pilot was told to go in reverse.  Notwithstanding, the track switched was never realigned setting the train on a collision course with the train driven by Wuennenberg.  The accident occurred at approximately 2 a.m.  Reports also show that a Disney monoral coordinator requested to leave work because of an illness.  The manager who granted the request was at a restaurant with other workers and then assumed the coordinator's duties by radio.
