Pedestrian Injured on I-75 Accident Critical Condition
Cecil Jackson Robinson was struck by a motor home on Interstate 75 near State Road 674 when he was crossing the Interstate Highway. He crossed from west to east. Thereafter, he stopped and went back across the southbound lanes. The driver of the motor home, Arthur Carrigan, 64, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, attempted to avoid the impact by was unable to do so. Robinson, 36 years old, was sent airborne by the motor home's left trailer tire and dragged himself onto the shoulder after he landed. Robinson was taken to Tampa General Hospital in critical condition.
