Student Dies After Being Hit by Car By Moody Law | Personal Injury Attorneys on March 30, 2010

Nataliya Nicholson, 12, died from injuries sustained as a result of a car accident while walking to school near Tallahassee, Florida.  The accident occurred on March 23, 2010.  Nicholson was walking to R. Frank Nims Middle School when she was struck by a 2009 Kia Spectra.  Tallahassee police indicate thatt the sixth grade student was hit while in the crosswalk.  The driver of the Kia has not been charged.  The investigation is still ongoing.
