Apopka, Florida.  A car accident has resulted in the deaths of two people on Binion Road near Harmon Road.  This accident occurred at approximately 6:15 a.m. between a red Ford Explorer and a black Pontiac Grand Prix.  The driver of the Ford Explorer suffered minor injuries while a man and a woman in the Grand Prix died.  This accident is still under investigation.

The photographs shown on www.orlandosentinel.com appear to show front end damage on the Explorer and severe driver side damage on the Grand Prix.  This combination of damage could have happened a number of ways but still is likely the result of negligence.  Assuming that the driver of the Ford Explorer is at fault for this car accident, then the the survivors of the the two deceased individuals have claims for wrongful death to be brought through a personal representative.  In order to have a personal representative appointed, someone must open a probate.  Likewise, if the Grand Prix were to be found at fault for this accident, the injured person in the Explorer would likely need a probate set up and a personal representative appointed in order to bring an action against the deceased driver's estate.  This car accident involves both probate and negligence components.  If you or a loved one has been involved in a car accident, please contact a Central Florida car accident, wrongful death, or probate attorney to help you with your case.  The personal injury lawyers of Moody Law served the greater Central Florida area and evaluate personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and probate cases.  A consultation with a Central Florida car accident attorney is free.  Home and hospital visits are available upon request.
