Our client was a passenger in a motor vehicle accident involving two vehicles. The two respective drivers were both at fault for the accident. Our client suffered primarily from a jaw injury. Claims were made against both at-fault drivers as well as underinsured motorist coverage from the host vehicle in which he was riding as a passenger.
