This announcement is to assure our Clients and the Public that Moody Law, PA, will follow the Covid-19 guidelines and remain open for business. We will continue to actively prosecute and protect the rights of our Clients during these uncharted times. This means we will timely file and meet all deadlines required of your case. Moody Law, PA and the Courts have been filing pleadings and documents electronically or paperless for several years.
Please know that the Courts have issued various orders limiting certain Court proceedings to only essential matters. We are happy to give you more detail on what matters are considered essential, if you have any questions. Florida Supreme Court Chief Justice Charles Canady has issued Covid-19 emergency orders and Florida Tenth Judicial Circuit Chief Circuit Judge Ellen Masters has also issued orders regarding Covid-19 Court operations.

Our office has taken measures to protect our staff and ensure limited face to face contact for only essential matters. Of course, we are always available by email, and the telephones at Moody Law, PA, are open and will continue to be active. If necessary, we have in place the ability to FaceTime, ZOOM, Skype or otherwise video conference. Please know our main office in Bartow, Florida will remain open and staffed Monday thru Friday taking precautions under the Covid-19 safety rules and guidelines. Our telephones are open 24/7 for new cases and emergency phone calls.
Documents or papers that need to be signed or executed can be easily accomplished electronically, scanned or emailed with the assistance of the paralegals at Moody Law, PA.
