Dedication
Before Caroline officially became a lawyer, she was proving herself in law school at Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida. In 2018, Caroline took first place in the American Bar Association’s Regional Arbitration Competition and advanced to the national competition. She also competed with the nationally recognized Stetson Trial Team at the South Texas Mock Trial Challenge in 2017.
A Unique Perspective
Before joining the team at Moody Law, Caroline Moody worked for a medical malpractice defense team, representing the interests of medical professionals. This has given her insight into how she can best represent victims of medical malpractice and other personal injuries.

Bachelor's Degree
Caroline studied Advertising and Communications with a concentration in Business Administration at the University of Florida.
Juris Doctorate Degree
Caroline then obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree at Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg. Upon graduation, Caroline received the Victor O. Wehle Award for Outstanding Trial Practice.
Florida Bar Exam
Caroline Moody passed the Florida Bar Exam in October of 2018. She is licensed to practice law in all Florida State Courts, and the United States Middle District Court of the State of Florida.

Life Outside the Office
In her free time, Caroline enjoys exercising, reading, attending Broadway musicals, and cheering on the Gators at her alma mater with her husband, Drew. Caroline also spends much of her time serving her community and trying out new local restaurants in her neighborhood of Seminole Heights, Florida.

Caroline spent the first several years of her life in the suburbs of Chicago until her family moved to the Greater Orlando area. Caroline’s education and experience brought her to Tampa, Florida. Caroline is honored to have the opportunity to give back to her community and widespread network through her dedicated legal services and helping those in need.
Caroline serves as the Development Director for the Polk County Association for Women Lawyers (PAWL), as well as a member of the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers (HAWL). She is also a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar as well as a member of the Hillsborough Bar Association and the Lakeland Bar Association.
Caroline is especially invested in her work as a lawyer and is proud to represent clients alongside her husband, attorney Drew Moody, and her father-in-law, attorney Daniel D. Moody. Together, they protect families all over Tampa, Lakeland, Bartow, and beyond.
